• Big Mama’s Pot Roast  – Fall-off-the-bone pit roast  with garlic mashed potatoes & candies yams 

• Down Home Fried Chicken  – Buttermilk-fried chicken  with Cajun mac & cheese and collard  greens

• Soulful Stuffed Peppers (Vegan) – Bell peppers filled with Creole-spiced quinoa, black-eyed peas & roasted veggies
